TRM Advantage is intended for use by small and medium-sized companies and projects that wish to improve profit, reliability, and on-time delivery:
- Ability to work on mobile devices makes it valuable for submitting risks with attachments from any corporate or project setting.
- Submit risks, update plans and progress, and check reports in the office, field, or during meetings.
- Guide videos on each page help to answer app-related questions which may come up. The guide videos are backed up by strong technical support.
- Although TRM Advantage comes with default risk matrix and other settings, you are able to modify the likelihood and consequence terminology. You can also set the required approval levels for each risk level, teams, and project areas that risks are assigned to. It is recommended that only necessary changes to the established terminology be undertaken once you have started using it.
- The subscription to the App is purchased through Microsoft on a month-to-month basis. All transactions are managed by Stripe Financial.
- Sign up is automated and always includes the free period.
- Click the ‘‘Sign Me Up’ button to start your subscription. Provide basic information, a credit card for billing purposes, and you have a secure account once the transaction is approved. Start using it!
- You will get a reminder email when your free period is running out – then just enter your credit card information and continue using the app.
- You will be billed a standard monthly flat rate for the service – to continue to access the App please ensure that your credit card information remains current in the Stripe Financial file.
- Manage your own account online. If you choose to discontinue the service, you will be able to download all your data in a comprehensive CSV file.
- Your data security is ensured through the use of robust security techniques, row level database security, and routine backups.
